Hot Garlic Crunch Cream
A perfect appetizer for any party
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
10 gloves garlicĀ šŸ§„, minced
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakesĀ šŸŒ¶
1 teaspoon ground sea salt
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Combine olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes and salt in a pan on medium heat. Cook stirring frequently. Stir until garlic is a dark golden brown. Make sure the garlic does not stick to the pan. Place into a bowl to cool.
Place cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl and mix until completely combined. You can use a mixer for this step on low. Gradually add garlic mix and worcester mixing well.
Add cracked pepper and salt to taste as desired.
