This a guilty pleasure that comes, oddly enough, from the U.K. and the Philippines.
Fire up your DrumBo Sear Stack.
Remove the Spam (with bacon is best) and place on a cutting board.
Cut into 5mm slices and lightly season both side of each slice with DrumBo Crush.
Place over the coals in the Sear Stack and cook briefly, 5 minutes, on each side or till you get a nice crust.
Serve with your favourite adult beverage (Probably beer) and enjoy as a snack all to yourself while you’re cooking other things or share with your buddy who will think you’ve gone crazy but can’t get over how good the slices of canned meat taste.
